Audirvana Studio is a subscription. You could get a 1 year subscription at a discount as an owner of previous version. Not sure if this offer is still available. You can test it for free though. I have the same issues when I stream wirelessly. I cannot do that now. Can you help me troubleshoot or should I abandon my attempt to use AS? Networking is handled by the operating system, not directly by Audirvana.

If it works via cable connection, it should work wirelessly as well. You might need to work a bit on the wireless settings. You can always have a hybrid approach. Have the Hegel connected via cable to the router and your computer then connected wirelessly to your home network.

Which router do you have? Are you familiar with networking settings? If not, you may want to ask somebody to help you. Could that be it? There were few issues related to networking, network access, early on.

The issue you have is UPnP related. And as we are not able to reproduce the issue on our side without a Hegel device, you should contact them to ask them if they have the same issue on their side with WiFi and Big Sur.

The easiest way to fix it is to ask the manufacturer if they have the same issue on their side. I did contact Hegel. Ah that may explain.

Mike, It was myself who found the upsampling trick and I have now tried the new workaround in 1. I have the CXN V2. With USB connection there is no problem but not ideal.
