I did receive my software and it was in excellent condition. I did also receive a product key which I put in when I installed it. However that product key according to Microsoft had already been used so I had to contact Microsoft and spend about two hours on the phone with them getting a new installation license, I was successful but it is not an easy task if you are not very patient.
